I learnt about IUKL from an education fair in Johor Bharu. I was
looking for Real Estate programme and surveyed a few universities
apart from IUKL. I chose to do Real Estate following my parents
advice as they said, Real Estate is very profitable.
I chose IUKL because of the tuition fee waiver and I managed to
enjoy the 50% waiver a few times.
The environment in IUKL is very quiet and it is so convinient for me
to focus on my study. I stay in Unipark Residency and the facilities
offered are excellence.
I study about valuation, property management, agency, property
development, property investment and everything related to
property. My favourite subject would be the one with a lot of
calculation since I am good in Math.
I also took part in the previous IUIIC together with other
classmates.
