What will I learn?

Architecture is all about designing buildings, open spaces, and other man-made environments, often with a touch of artistry.

As an architecture student, you'll create detailed drawings, build intricate models, and choose the perfect materials and colors for your projects.

At IUKL, you'll dive into real-world assignments and projects through site visits, study tours, exhibitions, and competitions. Our focus is on giving you hands-on experience and developing your technical and practical skills, preparing you for an exciting career in architecture.

SPM/SPMV Minimum 3Cs (including Mathematics) and pass in English and Drawing subject
O-Level Minimum 3Cs (including Mathematics) and pass in English and Drawing subject
UEC Minimum 3Bs (including Mathematics)
Certificate (Polytechnic) Minimum CGPA of 2.50 with 2Cs (including Mathematics) and a pass in SPM English
Certificate (KKM) Minimum CGPA of 2.75 with 2Cs (including Mathematics) and a pass in SPM English
Certificate/SKM III Minimum CGPA of 2.00 with a C in SPM, pass in Mathematics and Drawing test by IUKL
SAM/ HSC/ AUSMAT TER/UAI: average of 50% or higher in 5 subjects (including Drawing and English)
CPU/ CIMP Average of 50% or higher in 6 subjects (including Drawing, English)
Other Qualifications As recognised by the Senate of IUKL as equivalent to SPM
Additional Drawing Test/ Portfolio Needed if without pass in Art subject in SPM or without Drawing subject in SPM

How much will I earn?

The current average salary for diploma holders is around RM2000 to RM2500. You may be able to earn more if you have excellent skills in Autocad, 3D & Animation.

But of course, your salary will depend on where you work as well as your qualification and experience. Generally, the more experience you have, the more you will earn.
