“The thing I like most about studying in IUKL is that the lecturers are very approachable. They are able to answer questions directed at them and if they do not know the answer, they will look it up and give us the answer later. I chose IUKL because it is the best university for Civil Engineering. When people hear the name IUKL, they always link it to Civil Engineering. I was interested in this course because there are many fields in it that I can choose when it comes to deciding on a career. There is geotech engineering, highway, and so much more. The subjects are very challenging, but I love challenges and I enjoy my studies very much. Many people told me that Civil Engineering is a man’s field, so I want to prove to them that a woman can not only be in civil engineering, but also excel in it.”
