“Civil Engineering is a wide field. There are many options in which you can focus. As for me, I focused on Capstone design project. Hence, I got to learn the whole design process in order to build a high-rise building. I also learnt about official requirements, structural drawing, structural components for superstructure, and sub-structure among other things.
Me and my team won the bronze award for IUIIC 2015.
Working in the real environment is a different deal. This is where the basic knowledge gained during my study years come in handy.”
