Student Visit to Perak

In conjunction with Visit Perak 2024, Diploma and Degree in Architecture students from IUKL are on a field trip to Ipoh, the capital city of Perak. This trip, part of their syllabus, focuses on researching the site context, heritage buildings, art culture, and diversity in Ipoh. Students will also develop teamwork, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Site analysis is crucial for architecture students as it provides an understanding of the physical, cultural, and environmental context, helping them design functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures.
