On 8 November 2023, IUKL hosted a delegation from St. Petersburg Electromechanical University (LETI) and Rosatom, Russia. The primary objective of this meeting was to engage in discussions regarding potential collaborative activities within educational programs focusing on electronic and automation control systems. The Russian delegates were given the opportunity to explore the IUKL campus, with a particular emphasis on visiting the engineering laboratories. It also provided the Russian delegates with firsthand exposure to IUKL’s facilities and resources, potentially paving the way for future partnerships and exchanges in the realm of education and technology.
This visit underscores the dedication of both organisations to nurturing a significant alliance. Collaborations between two institutions play a vital role in establishing personal ties, exploring potential collaborative ventures, and ensuring efficient communication. Engaging in global partnerships with LETI will facilitate the exchange of experiences, traditions, and perspectives, enhancing the educational journey and fostering intercultural understanding among students from Malaysia and Russia.
