Memoranda of Understanding and Agreement were signed between Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) and Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia (UTI) on 20th July 2017 in line with UTI’s Induction programme at the campus in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia.
Signing on behalf of IUKL was the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Roslan Zainal Abidin, witnessed by Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic and Internationalisation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Christiantine Della while the Rector of UTI, Dr. HM Nasrullah Yusuf, MBA signed on behalf of UTI, witnessed by the Chair of the Technocrat Education Foundation, Dr. H. Mahathir Muhammad, SE MM.
The objectives of the collaboration are to leverage on the two institutions’ strengths in enhancing student experience, exchange of expertise in teaching and research, as well as other collaborative activities.
IUKL has collaborated with institutions for progression opportunities, student and staff exchange, joint academic courses and research projects to name a few. IUKL also collaborates with industries to offer training for continuing education, student internship, and research and consultancy among others.
Apart from the signings, Prof. Dr. Roslan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Christiantine attended a Public Lecture on “Nationalism” by the Inspector General of Police, Drs. Sujarno, SH (Lampung Police Chief), and a dialogue session with the members of the Association of Private Higher Education Institutions (APTISI) Lampung Chapter on future collaboration opportunities with IUKL.
