Iftar Grand Dinner

On the 27th of March 2024, the IUKL Islamic Center joined hands with Protasco Berhad to host a remarkable event, the Iftar Grand Dinner with Protasco, held at Masjid Ikram. The occasion commenced with the esteemed presence of notable guests, including Dato’ Sri Ir Chong Ket Pen, the Executive Chairman of Protasco, Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Aseh Bin Hj Che Mat, the Chancellor of IUKL, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Noor Inayah Ya’akub, the President and Vice Chancellor of IUKL, Y.Bhg. Dato’ Wan Imran Bin Wan Omar, the CEO of Protasco Maintenance Division, and Y.Bhg. Dato’ Muzaffar Syah Bin Abd Rahman, the Managing Director of Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd, alongside members of the Board of Governors and ambassadors from Yemen and Maldives.

The event commenced with warm greetings extended to Y. Bhg. Professor Dato’ Dr. Noor Inayah Binti Ya’akub, President & Vice-Chancellor of IUKL, and Nazir Masjid Ikram. Following this, there was a heartfelt Donation Ceremony for Orphans and an Orphanage Aidilfitri Aid Handover Ceremony for the staff of Protasco Berhad. Additionally, there was a generous Donation Ceremony from Roadcare and contributions of Wakalah and Zakat from Y.Bhg. Dato’ Muzaffar Shah Bin Abd Rahman, the Managing Director of Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd.

Guests were treated to a delectable array of dishes for Iftar and Moreh, generously sponsored by the President and Vice Chancellor of IUKL, following the conclusion of Maghrib, Isya, and Taraweh prayers.
