The Department of Quantity Surveying, Faculty of Architecture & Built Environment (FABE), recently organized a half-day academic visit on 24 February 2025 to TRX Development, offering the 32 students and 6 lecturers a first-hand look at one of Malaysia’s most transformative projects.
Participants from various FABE programs, including the Bachelor and Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Construction Management, and Architecture, gained valuable insights from TRX’s Head of Procurement and Head of Design Engineering and Built Environment. The session covered Digital Services, Project Implementation, and Stakeholder Management, along with exciting updates on TRX’s current and future developments.
Beyond the briefing, these FABE students and staff explored key landmarks such as Sunken Plaza, ESG Centre, The Exchange 106, TRX City Park, and Singgah Sana, making this visit both educational and inspiring!
