The National College of Automotive Technology (NCAT), Oman invited Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) to organized a sharing session for the members of the State Council, the highest advisory authority of the Sultanate of Oman.
The session was held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM Oman time (2:00PM Malaysian time). The session was held to discuss the future of Electric Cars and their impact on Education and Vocational Training and the necessary facilities required.
Ts. Norhafana Mohamed from the Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Science and Technology (FEST) who represented IUKL as one of the speakers delivered a talk on the Infrastructure Requirements and the Vocabulary for Embracing Electric Vehicles to other Agencies.
Several institutions and companies from Malaysia and other countries participated in the virtual session. Among them were University Malaysia Pahang (UMP), University Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), DRB-Hicom University and the Institute of Motor Industry (IMI). Representatives from these institutions also made presentation related to Electric Cars.
