ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

Communicating with people may seem easy, but communicating effectively may not be that simple, especially in a professional setting. Diploma in English for Professional Communication will prepare students with the tools needed for successful communication. Students will be trained in how to communicate, how to write, and enhance their critical thinking as well as to become a successful listener.

What will I learn?

This programme will equip students with not only basic communication skills, but also oral and written skills in the professional setting.

In addition to that, students will be trained to solve problems and be better at understanding discourses. Students will also learn basic principles of management and psychology in order to be better at communicating.

This course has been designed to not only improve students’ academic skills but also their soft skills which employers are currently looking for.

Students will be exposed to team building training and workplace-related tasks which will prepare them for their professional careers in the future.
