MOU Signing Ceremony between IUKL and Estream Software Sdn Bhd

Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) and Estream Software Sdn Bhd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 22nd March 2022 at the Bunga Raya Meeting Room, IUKL.

Estream is a Malaysian-based software developer providing business process applications, namely accounting software and payroll software for businesses in Malaysia and the ASEAN region. The company has 2 flagship products, SQL Account and SQL Payroll, that are used by more than 150,000 companies in Malaysia. 

The areas of collaboration focus on joint projects involving the development of collaborative research; sharing of expertise to facilitate exchanges of ideas and facilities including attachment and mutual visits by staff members to pursue research; curriculum development; participation in seminars, conferences, and workshops relevant to the industry; facilitation of industrial study visits of IUKL undergraduate and postgraduate students; mutual visits by staff members to enhance their learning experience; professional development; and to facilitate industrial placement of IUKL students. 

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Lenny Chong Ther Zern – Executive Director Ikram Education Sdn Bhd, Dr. Chan Sai Keong – Dean of Faculty of Business, Information and Human Sciences, Madam Hanita Ismail – Deputy Director and Head of Monitoring and Analysis, and Associate Professor Kamaljeet Kaur – Director of Partnership and Special Projects

Estream Software Sdn Bhd was represented by Mr. Desmond Law Hoe Yan – Managing Director and Ms. Yee Siew Yen – Education Advisor.
