IUKL’s Construction Management & Quantity Surveying departments recently visited Kolej Vokasional Setapak, Ampangan, and Port Dickson on 8th & 9th August 2024, aimed to strengthen ties with these colleges and explore potential collaborations with IUKL. Students from these 3 colleges are given the opportunity to be eligible for credit transfer when they pursue their bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Construction Management (BTCM) programme at IUKL, effectively reducing the study duration from three years to two years.
The discussions were productive, focusing on enhancing career opportunities for students, with plans for future activities, including career talks. The visits were attended by Ts. Muhammad Nasrol Jamal, the Head of Programme (HOP) for BTCM; Mr. Mohd. Azroy Ag Rajak, the HOP for Quantity Surveying; and lecturers Mr. Mohd Shafiq Ramlan, Mr. Muhammad Faez Mustaqim Kamarulamirin, Mdm Aminah Mohamed Bakhari, and Sr. Fazleemardyana Omar.
