IUKL Training Certification with IBN International

Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) collaborated with IBN International Sdn Bhd to conduct a three-day training programme entitled, “Selling in Challenging Times”, under the PENJANA HRDF Initiative for SMEs. The programme was held from 22 to 24 March 2021 at Hotel Majestic, Kuala Lumpur.

The certificates for the training programme were awarded by IUKL to 50 participants from various SMEs companies such as Brahim’s SATS Food Services Sdn Bhd, Hi-Essence Cable Sdn Bhd, Insight Enterprise, Ladangku Maju Sdn Bhd, MIE Agro Farm, Solarvest Energy, and UDA Ancasa.

The objective of the programme was to generate more opportunities with existing customers during and after the crisis, seek new business opportunities with more confidence and professionalism, identify opportunities to cross sell to customers, as well as manage relationship with key customers.
