IUKL Civil Engineering Students Shine at PLUS Malaysia’s Road Safety Initiative 2024

On 26th November 2024, IUKL Civil Engineering students, led by Ts. Mohamed Emierul, proudly participated in the Program Keselamatan Bersama Komuniti Lebuhraya 2024, hosted by PLUS Malaysia Berhad at Persada PLUS, Subang Jaya. This impactful event, officiated by YB Datuk Seri Haji Ahmad bin Haji Maslan, Deputy Minister of Works Malaysia, brought together key stakeholders, including NIOSH, PERKESO, MIROS, and LLM, to promote road safety and aim for zero fatalities on highways in 2024.

IUKL alumna Ir. Noordini Harliyanti Binti Mohd Ramli, Ketua Perancangan Strategik Keselamatan Trafik PLUS, deserves special mention for her inspiring presence. By joining forces with top institutions like UM, UiTM, and UIA, our students gained valuable insights into the importance of road safety and its role in building a safer future for all.
