Delegates from Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Uzbekistan

On 6th August 2024, the Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment (FABE) had the honour of hosting a delegation of five architecture lecturers from the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Uzbekistan. During their visit, the guests explored the locations within the faculty, including the FABE gallery at Block 5, the student hub, and the architecture studios located in Block 11.

Both parties engaged in insightful discussions focusing on exchanging architectural teaching strategies and exploring opportunities for future collaborations through a Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions. This visit marks a promising step towards fostering academic and professional ties between IUKL and Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, paving the way for mutual growth and shared innovation in the field of architecture.
