Protasco Sports Carnival 2013 (PROSCAR)

PROSCAR reached its finale when Jaguar, the IUKL team, was announced the overall champion with 57 points ahead of Scorpion, Hawk and Wolf. This is another milestone in the history book for Protasco as the former Ikram Sports Carnival or ISCAR was changed to Protasco Sports Carnival or PROSCAR. In YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Chong Ket Pen’s speech during the launch of PROSCAR 2013, he reiterated his wishes that with the participation of all staff under Protasco, the unity among staff would be better to foster closer ties and to bring Protasco to greater heights as 1-Protasco which is synonymous with the government’s 1Malaysia plan. After his speech, he officially launched PROSCAR 2013 and its new logo. All four (4) teams, Scorpion, Jaguar, Hawk and Wolf, came with their colorful sports attire and in full force to show support for PROSCAR 2013.

Prior to the official opening of PROSCAR 2013, several PROSCAR events were already held such as the ‘Fun and Fear Challenge 2013’ in Lanjut Beach and Golf Resort, Rompin, Pahang from 23 to 25 August 2013. Next, was the Bowling event which was held in Ampang Superbowl, Metro Point, Kajang, on Saturday, 14 September 2013 followed by Futsal on Saturday, 21 September 2013 at Futsal de Tonga. Other outdoor and indoor games were held on Thursday, 26 September 2013. The day ended with a prize giving ceremony to all the winners.
